I know this because I’ve been there.
After losing my mother at a young age, I was never taught how to process emotions or how to feel safe in my own body. Instead, I turned to food. Binge eating became my way of coping with grief, stress, and emotions I didn’t know how to navigate. It felt comforting in the moment, but afterward, it left me feeling ashamed, disconnected, and even more lost.
For years, I thought the answer was control—restricting, dieting, trying to "fix" myself. But no amount of willpower healed what I was truly feeling. It wasn’t until I learned how to listen to my body and create safety within myself that things began to change.
This is the journey I want to share with you.

I’ve walked the path of disordered eating myself, and with certifications in eating disorder recovery, functional nutrition, somatic practices, and holistic health, I approach our work from a place of deep understanding, compassion, and expertise.

Your story is unique, and so is your path to healing. We’ll begin by exploring your personal history with food, body image, and any past trauma. From there, we work together to gently teach your nervous system how to regulate, helping you feel grounded and present in your body. You'll learn how to nourish your body properly, and we’ll use somatic practices to uncover the deeper stories your body is holding — stories that have shaped your relationship with food and your body. Through this process, we’ll begin to rewrite the patterns that no longer serve you.A Holistic Approach to Healing
True healing requires addressing the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. I bring a blend of somatics, mindsetwork, coaching, polyvagal theory, functional labs and nutrition coaching to our work. By weaving together these modalities, we ensure that all the foundations for healing are in place. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Expect bi-weekly check-ins to track progress, as well as bi-weekly live calls where we dive deep into your journey and work through challenges together. You'll also have access to me via chat on the client platform, offering ongoing support between sessions.
